Returns & Refund Policy

At ROBOSTAR IMPEX PRIVATE LIMITED, customer satisfaction is at the heart of everything we do. Our massage chairs are precision-built wellness products — we stand behind their quality and are committed to resolving any genuine concerns fairly and promptly.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The product is unused and in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation intact
  • Return request is raised within 7 days of delivery
  • Original purchase invoice is provided
  • The issue is a manufacturing defect, incorrect item delivered, or significant deviation from product description

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

  • Products that show signs of use, wear, or customer-caused physical damage
  • Items with missing original packaging, accessories, remote controls, or manuals
  • Clearance or heavily discounted promotional items (marked as non-returnable at time of purchase)
  • Products returned after 7 days of delivery
  • Products that have been modified or serviced by an unauthorized third party

3. Damaged or Incorrect Product

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@robostar.co.in
  • Share clear photographs or a short video of the product and packaging
  • Do not use or assemble the product further once damage is noticed
  • Upon verification, a replacement will be shipped at no additional cost to you

4. Refund Process

  • Refunds are initiated after the returned product is received and inspected at our facility
  • Approved refund amounts are credited to the original payment method
  • Refund timeline: 5–10 working days from approval
  • Shipping charges paid at checkout are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
  • You will receive an email/SMS confirmation once the refund is processed

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us immediately
  • Once the product has been dispatched, cancellation is not accepted; you may initiate a return after delivery
  • For pre-dispatch cancellations, refunds are processed within 5–7 working days

6. Warranty & After-Sales Service

All RoboSTAR massage chairs come with a manufacturer’s warranty as specified on the product page. Post-warranty or out-of-scope issues can be addressed through our paid service support. Contact us to schedule a home service visit in select cities.
